We’re back! After a massive sellout in 2024, The Long Sunset returns bigger and brighter than ever, running 31 October – 2 November 2025 in the stunning Scenic Rim. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Boonah, this year’s festival delivers three days of live music, creativity, and connection just over an hour from Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

The Lineup


Headlining the 2025 edition are two Australian powerhouses: Boy & Bear with their heartfelt, harmony-driven indie folk, and Vera Blue, whose electrifying vocals and pop sensibility will light up the night.


They’re joined by a diverse and exciting lineup designed to keep the energy flowing all weekend:

  • Gretta Ray – sharp pop hooks with emotional depth.

  • The Buoys – punchy guitar-driven anthems.

  • Jem Cassar-Daley – soulful sounds with heartfelt storytelling.

  • Playlunch – chaotic bogan funk you can’t help but dance to.

  • Tjaka – blending traditional sounds with modern beats.

  • The Vernons – bluesy, loud, and full of swagger.

  • Bunny Racket – rock’n’roll for little ones and their grown-ups.

  • Paper Lane and Silk ’N’ Oak – our “Win a Spot on the Lineup” champions.
